To create ENGiL review we checked Engil.jp reputation at lots of sites, including Siteadvisor and MyWOT. Unfortunately, we did not find sufficient information whether Engil is safe for children or does not look fraudulent. We would describe it as legit.

Katsunari Mochizuki still needs more reviews of their project as there is too little data to define the site's trustworthiness.
