To create ITK SNAP review we checked Itksnap.org reputation at lots of sites, including Siteadvisor and MyWOT. Unfortunately, we did not find sufficient information whether Itksnap is safe for children or does not look fraudulent. We would describe it as legit.

Yushkevich Paul of University of Pennsylvania still needs more reviews of their project as there is too little data to define the site's trustworthiness.
